Morning all, What a grey damp day & it's laundry day for me.

Morning Phil, Hope the treatments a success, That treatment chair gave me flashbacks of the cystoscopy & prostate biopsies I had

Wish me luck, going to replace the outside light. Sounds simple but it involves a ladder, I don't have a good record with ladders

Survived unscathed, well almost. Dropped a nut into the rose bush below the light, big thorn got me, raked the back of my hand when I was fishing the nut out. Can’t check everything is ok until dark.

The sun has made an appearance this afternoon & it's uncomfortably muggy. The Police helicopter has been flying at rooftop level with police cars in tow, Hope they catch the never ending deadwoodery around here. They're the reason my postcode insurance is so expensive. I'd rather see a gunship going after them than a police helicopter

I even saw another big bird in the air, It was way up soaring that looked like an eagle, My 12X zoom camera couldn't do it justice. they're far & few between in this neck o the woods & the only birds of prey we see regular are sparrowhawks & kestrels that nest on the old cotton factory roofs.

The cats have been chasing a dragonfly around the garden & I tried to get a pic, but I'm not quick enough with the camera, A cold apple juice doesn't help with reactions either
Lots of re-potting done & more herb seed sowing again & I need more bloomin' compost. Fed the lawns with soluble lawn feed & that's me done for the day now, Feet up time.

Never seen one around here, saw a Peregrine Falcon in the garden at the old house once, looked out of the kitchen window, "what the hell is that?!"

Saw an eagle when we were on holiday up on the Isle Of Lewis a few years ago.
