Default MG 6 engine?

First of all apologies if this has been covered before, if it has could someone link me to it?

Having done some research online about the MG 6 (I was considering swapping my E46 daily for one, but went off the idea).

I have become aware that they use (what we know as) the 1.8T K series.

My questions would be, has anyone successfully fitted one into a 75/ZT?

If so are they any 'better'?

Is it worth fitting one into a 75/ZT over an original Rover unit?

Thanks Tom

Yes they have been fitted to 75/ZT cars. Ask MGJohn.
It's actually a N series engine. A K series with all the fragilities put right. Very lively and very reliable.
