Default Anyone Looking For A Nice 75 V8???

Spotted this whilst looking for ZT V8's.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't these rarer than ZT V8's?

Yes they are very rare.
There were 883 v8 made (I stand corrected). 168 were Rovers of these 14 are tourers.

There are possibly a couple of v8s with identical numbers, but the above is pretty accurate.

Some obviously are no longer, so you are in very exclusive company, at the best of times.

For anyone wondering, they are extremely nice to drive. In spite of what anyone might have told you, it is one of the best handling cars on the road. The niggles, and they are easy to find, because the car really is almost flawless, are the gearbox is ponderous, the exhaust can boom at low speed, the box whines in first, the LSD is a joke, it feels as if you are suddenly anchoring at speed, and the fuel economy in town is about 17mpg. That increases to about 26 on the move, and the car effortlessly goes up or down at any speed irrespective of the gradient. (almost)
The nice points, all the rest!! and that is really nice.

I wonder if they will ever become really valuable, but it is possible, as there are many, many changes between these and ordinary 75s.
It is not just a case of finding an engine and gearbox!
