Weird how tastes are. I think the 15-16 inch wheels look just right on the car. All the large, blingy, wheels tend to draw ones attention to the the wheels. Seem to loose sight of the car. The original wheels that came out with the car seem to suit it best (75). A nice set of Crowns. They are quiety stylish and add to the car, not the car add to the wheels.
Veteran/classic cars tend to revert to the original spec as they get older as all the fads along the way become unfashionable. I think this is what will happen to the 75/ZT range. But of course much to early to tell. |

The only thing that makes the early 75's look old, are in fact the size of the alloys, as even Super-mini's come on 16" wheels as standard nowadays!

I used to prefer the Mk1 for the 75 and the Mk2 for the ZT.
However since they've aged I think the Mk1 ZT has "aged" better in looks. Also oddly I've seen the odd Mk2 75 which I've liked so it seems to depend on car colour. This has nothing to do with being able to afford one or not, I genuinely like certain cars.

I have the feeling this discussion could go on forever..beauty is really in the eye of the beholder. To be on the safe side I would like one each, please.
Wheels are very important to the look of any car and I feel that 15 inch rims are really too small for a car like the 75.Having said that I would stick to original equipment wheels as aftermarket wheels look...well,aftermarket. Luciano |

It's Mrs Leo yes there are exceptions to both motor's and like you say the ZT was aimed for a more sporty look but although different the motor's are still beautiful kept in nice condition and with alot of hard graft put into them. Gail |
