Definitely MK1 for me. The twin headlamp design reflects the overall "retro" design better in my view. The pic below shows what I mean. The cars look like close relatives from different generations, round headlamps, chrome strip, slatted front grill etc.

Come to think of it, going by that photo, with all the chrome and wood, the MK 1 '75 looks more like an MG than the ZT does!

I'm off quick now, before I get lynched.

Default Mk 1 or M2

I am very fortunate to own both a Mark 1 and a Mark 2, but prefer the look of the Mark 1 especially the front end, so I decided to change the mesh grille on Mark 2 to mark 1 mesh

This is my Mark 1

and Mark 2 with Stainless Mesh

The Mk11 is more of a BMW look, how many time do you think there is a Rover coming towards you only to find out when its closer its a BMW
So my vote go fro the Mk 1 even though I have a Mk11

Would have to agree, if I end up buying a Mk2, I'd have to put a Premium bumper on it.

All my 75's & ZT's/ZT-T are Mk1's & I prefer the look over the Mk2.
The same goes for my two 45's.

MkI for me also, just loved the retro look from the very first moment I saw one. Just had to buy one

I'm going contra flow..

1) 75 Tourer Mk 2 Premium Grille
2) ZTT Mk 2
3) 75 Tourer Mk 2

I would happily take a 75 Saloon MK 1 PPD as a sunday car

But, at the end of the day, they all look stunning..
