Hi all
Just a bit of an update regarding the national meet
I have had a site meeting with the folk at Duxford and am happy to say that we will be on a prime site in front of the cafe and and adjacent to toilets etc another benefit is that we will be on hard standing as this is the base of the hanger that was destroyed in the making of the Battle of Britain movie (the open area between 3 and 4 on the map) https://www.iwm.org.uk/sites/default...d_Map_2013.pdf at the moment there is a spitfire parked in the corner of this area so there should be some good photo opportunities as well..
See you there
Cheers Ian

Let us hope the weather is kind, this is the first meet in a while for me, so this time I am making a weekend of it with a short break. See you all there.
