I got my oem premium bumper from Gazza at the Pride of Longridge event and he mentioned the ones possibly available in Italy. I got in touch with the guy immediately and he told me he had sold all five for 500 euros each .I don't know who got them, but 500 seemed out of line. By the way the seller was a former MG Rover dealer and sounded genuine and quite knowledgeable. Anyway,my upper limit would be £ 200, probably stretching to 250 if I had no other option.

I'd love a proper OEM premium bumper. I don't want a Chinese one. I'll stick with my standard front for the time being. But if the proper one and all associalted parts were available I'd give my car a new nose without hesitation.

If only the plastic shape was done, people could have them chrome dipped or painted as their own needs and save the initial cost.

When mine unfortunately needed replacing, I bought an MG7 version off Sean (Radioguy) for about £200 IIRC. I'd have happily paid £300 at the time for one of these, so I've voted £200-£250.
However, my vote is a little irrelevant due to the fact that my premium bumper was butchered to make the MG7 grille fit (including the "V" being removed where the badge would sit, so the MG plinth looks better), so unless I could find another premium bumper (and it was a hard enough task 12 months ago, and the guy at Rover Breakers told me it was the last one he had, with another two that were damaged), it'd sadly be a no-go for me. But if you get me a bumper, I'll grab one off you lol.
