Default 177 vs 190

I'm sure it has been asked before.. What's the difference between the 177 hp Rover 75 and 190hp MG Zt engines?
Thank you in advance

Hi Luciano

Air intake on the 190 is 80mm dia, over the 70mm standard. Exhaust bore for tailpipe is bigger and I believe the cams maybe different, but I'm not 100% sure on that one.

Just add the different Gearbox ratios, and you have it covered.

Unfortunately I don't have such privelges to perform that task any longer.

But we can talk about the differences of the variants till the cows come home if you like.

Does the 190 have a beefier bottom end?

To keep things fairer, why not a sub-forum for each variant
