Ebay return

I received an item today from a seller on ebay. Unfortunately it was not the correct item. The item was free delivery , and i am due to send it back for a refund. Should i have to pay the return cost postal and packaging ? The seller has accepted the return but obviously all i will get is the original payment refund returned ,which did not include a postal charge. Any ideas on this ? ... thanks

Have a look at the sellers returns policy, some will refund postage others state buyer pays return. If the item was not as described or faulty then you should get p&p included with refund.
If the latter and seller won't refund postage Ebay will get involved for you, check on the item listing under My Ebay 'Purchase History' More actions take option 'Return this item' will start the process.
