Default Engine light, much weirdness

Had a few days with an intermittent engine warning light despite the car running absolutely fine.
Took her in and the diagnostics came up as the following.
P1E00 CAN-Bus
P0100 air mass sensor
P3595 glow system
P1255 Delivery fuel pressure sensor

Well, the guys at the garage reckoned that there's a domino effect going on, one fault triggering others. If I had all those at the same time I'd notice a problem actually driving it.
They cleared the faults and asked me to come back if it started again, hopefully it'd show less faults. (No charge for original diagnostic).
Managed two journeys fault free but it's back doing its on off thing.
I did notice that when it started it was whenever I came to rest at a junction or turning so basically at tickover, again, the car drove fine. The journey then became the same random light.
So any of you more knowledgeable types able to throw some suggestions as to which fault it's likely to be.
It's a diesel, unmodified with a good service history. Last one 7000 miles ago. I try to avoid supermarket fuel (although it does get some occasionally and I do treat it with millers Eco additive. Oh, it's on 109k.
It drives fine so I'm leaning to it being a sensor fault as opposed to an actual engine problem.
Cheers in advance good people.

Well it went for another diagnostic and we went down to three faults (not maf this time).
Costly trial and error work coming up I think.

Hopefully not. Check the plug connection on the LP pressure sensor - it sits in the top of the fuel filter. If that goes open circuit the MIL will come on and the car will still drive fine.

Thanks Mike. Looks like that's done the trick.
I disconnected the fuel pump wiring, sprayed some contact cleaner and reconnected it. No warning light for four days and have just had my best return on non motorway mpg for months (which may just be coincidental, who knows?)

intermitant look at diesel filter and you will see a cable plugged in on one side unplug and spray some wd40 or contact cleener in and plug back in and see if that sorts it. that can cause engine light being intermitant and may just be the problem on yours
