I use Autoglym Caravan Cleaner once a year, it certainly removes the black streaks. Fairly new to the market, I bought two bottles at half price when first on the market, I think it was about £4 a bottle. Spray on & leave for a few minutes, then brush over with my long handled car wash brush & hose off

Our local poundstretcher sells a spray of 'insect & tar remover' just spray over whilst washing, a quick sponge, job done. Also brilliant for its advertised task dissolves stuck on insects in seconds
