changed expansion tank do i need to bleed
Ok on my 190 i changed the expansion tank and refilled using the rover method but do i need to bleed at the bleed screw (forgot but not been run yet) ?

It won't do any harm to bleed the system but if you've just changed the expansion tank there's probably no need to.--

Thanks i thought that was only when refilling the system, any way tank unbolted and lifted up and slowly filled
