Yes, I have tried all com ports.
When you have Device Manager open, you can see the correct com port which relates to the USB port that is being used.

Update!
This morning I tried installing TOAF again, connected to the ZT first time, performed a scan which popped up one code, but thats it. I cannot go any further, as soon as I select another task (button) I get the 'BCU Module Connection Error' message.

Just out of intrest is your ignition on as if not , it will not connec. The engine will not connect unless ignition is on fully. Hoping this not an over site on your behalf lol . Lost count of the times I tried to connect then realised ignition was off, hope this helps Dallas
