Have you checked / reseated the electrical connection to the filter housing?

Is the fuel flowing in to and out from the filter housing?

The electrical connector wouldn’t make any difference as it would then set the default value at 4 bar rather than the exact pressure,
if you need help getting it started just let me know mate, whereabouts in Kent are you

Hi Richard.
With out trying to start the car right away, turn the ignition to II wait until you hear the UBP stop usually between 30 -60 seconds, repeat a couple of times then try starting the car, let us know how you get on.

PS make sure you also have more than a 1/4 tank of diesel.

Crank sensor working will show as rev counter moving, cam sensor failure does not give any tell tale sign. I have replaced mine twice in two years albeit with after market item.
