You'll probably need a course of doxycycline or similar. You'll be told to stay out of sunlight, avoid sunbeds, drink plenty of water and not take indigestion remedies. Potentially very nasty if left untreated. Make sure you keep that doctors appointment.

Just had the delivery of citric candles from ebay, working great at the moment, the flies are non too keen on the scent.
