Default Air Con Compressors

I see that there are two different parts listed for the 1800 and V6 engines. However on Rimmers both items appear identical apart from labelling. Can anyone confirm or deny if in fact they are interchangeable?

Thanks

With a £200 price difference, they'll be different. Rimmer's Part Numbers are also different. Don't read anything into using one drawing/photo for both.

With the part numbers different I'm curious as to what the difference could be that makes a £200 variance for a compressor for the same car though. I'd expect that there may be a difference in the bracketry/mounting or pipework (the diesel has yet another part number - but does look significantly different in the pictures). I'd be interested if anyone has been able to compare both (the petrol versions) side by side.
