Key fob replacement
Morning All,
Can anyone explain why my key isn't able to start the car after i renewed the plastic bits? It looks and unlocks on on the buttons. Kind Regards |

The most common mistake (transponder not swapped) & very easy to do if you're not aware.
Let's hope you haven't thrown the old plastic bits away! |

Sourcing a second key with transponder: Australia
I have recently purchased a second hand 2004 75 Club but it only has one key. How do I go about sourcing a second key with a transponder? I am in Queensland Australia?

Someone recently asked a similar question but the keys had been stolen so they had none at all. I spoke with XPART in UK and they have advised Paradise Garage Sydney can order keys to code off the VIN
Phone 0293137866. Not sure if anything came of it. I understand the orders go through Hotbray in UK - http://www.hotbray.co.uk/mg-rover/ |
