No good to you as not local and not for sale but I spotted a 75 matching what you are looking for outside our local Co-Op.

51 plate and only one car park scrap on the body as far as i could tell. Owner appeared and he confirmed it's 34k from new and no rust, no problems and never heard of this club.

Car always maintained by a local garage (ironically next door to our local Rover specialists whom he described as 'too expensive').

He was aware that it's now only worth "a few hundred" but thankfully he's looking to keep it as long as possible.

He didn't know anything about the common problems (Vis, handbrake, plenums, fan resistor, air bag lights, no exhausts etc.), just happy as Larry with his 'all extras' 75 in frost green (I think ) with red leather. Hopefully he'll be a member on here one day.

I'd buy this if I were looking.

The money that has been spent on that car makes the mileage irrelevant. It's beautiful.

Indeed. I've PM'd the seller. Just got to work out how practically to get up there to look at it, or buy it without looking at it ;-)
