fitting fire extingusher bracket

He says there is a problem refitting the seat cover, done anyone know what the problem is?


looking at the 5th picture down, is the problem no room between bracket and frame, for your fingers to work the seat cover in place?


Which seat does the bracket fit to? I'd assume passenger but the instructions I have may be for a left had drive but show it on the drivers seat.
