Default Covid 19 are you at high risk assesment form.

Hi All,

Just rang 111 and doctors for information regarding our risk to covid 19. I have many health issues and I wanted to know my risk level. In my work we are not supplied with any PPE just th normal 2 meter rule.. Th doctors and 111 suggested I fill out th Gov, web site self assessment form. Iv tried all morning to find such but to no avail. I just wondered if any one in our community as found such. If so please let me know were to look.

KR Phil

I thought doctors surgery’s were supposed to be sending letters out to high risk people? Saying that, I’m on the governments list but had no letter. This worried me but thankfully my employer, who could of stayed open as key workers, decided to close. If you are still at work can you supply your own ppe? Not ideal but better taking as few risks as possible
