had a email from our travel agent today offering a full refund, so as long as that goes ok, 95 % of our ruined April trip to the USA is resolved.

Stuck for actual times we can go so really hoping to rearrange for October 20 or April 21 , but we will see .

My company has closed for 3 weeks at the moment , so time to do all those lil jobbies .

Family all sorting out the Isolating routines for the foreseeable future.

take care all

Chris

Haha that's the kids sorted, but I've been vegetarian for about 25 years now, and my wife is a recent convert so it'd be dandelions and daffodils for us!

We're down £25k and will probably also have to cancel our much anticipated two week holiday in Spain in late May. Going to check how we paid and all policies before acting. Good luck to you and everyone else going forwards.

Lol. But not to be written off by any means. I recollect a programme about a guy (possibly from Devon) who pretty much survives on road kill. Too soon for Saturday Morning Kitchen?

It's handy to know a butcher.

Thank you for your good wishes. I am sorry to hear you will lose your holiday to Spain in late May. Hopefully you will get all of your money back.

I had an email yesterday from the Foreign & Commonwealth Office telling me to return home immediately. The last flight for EU and British citizens leaves Nairobi at 10pm tonight for Amsterdam. From Amsterdam, passengers have to rebook to any of the UK airports. After midnight tonight, Kenya’s borders are closed.

We won’t be on that flight, as we are going to be staying on. We have the warmth, the sunshine, the forest, a garden and we will be opening up more of it for crops and vegetables. We are fairly self sufficient having the small holding with the usual farm animals, but my D. implants will have to wait

Positive thoughts to you and for your family.

I may have seen that, it was a few years ago.
