Don't know what s/s is but Mat at DMGRS does a set of bumper and bonnet bolts. I have one but not done them yet.

Changed the lower engine mount. The ZT has been vibrating quite unpleasantly recently. Got a replacement from DMGRS and jacked up the car.

This is the old one.

Didn't so much remove it as catch the thing as it fell out!

I'm going to plead not guilty over this as I've done less than 3,000 miles in the car since having it. Still it's quite amazing how much nicer the car now drives. Plus, a set of undertray bolts has got that hulking great plastic thing secured far better now.

And if you think this is bad, you should have seen the handbrake shoes. The friction liners on two of them had separated from the shoes.....

UPullit in Inverkeithing in have three 75s listed. One looks to have bullet mirrors and wind deflectors on it. Two facelifts and one MG.

The by now usual routine of: cleaned, treated with Kurust, zinc primer and painted with Hammerite - today's area being the rear wheelarches.

Going to leave it to cure for a few weeks before treating with Waxoyl as well.

They are a good camera. I have a 402g Professional in the front, and a 302 in the back. I pulled the lead out of the front camera and b******d it up, so have to get a new lead. Mine are not hard wired in, but if you take the two plastic screws out of the panel at the bottom of the passenger side glovebox, there is enough room to put a three connection gadget there. I use it to put my satnav and the two camera sockets in, then connect to the fag lighter. Done thousands of miles this way and had no trouble. You can fit the under glovebox cover back on easily.

Omitec help desk respectfully asks that you untie the knots in the string, and keep it taut to ensure the bean tin intercom works correctly

As ever, nice to see another one saved

Brian
