It is good to hear from you Steve. I hope the steroid injections prove to be the definitive treatment for your shoulder. You have shown much patience and gone through many hurdles in trying to find what suits you. I admire your tenacity.

How are you doing?
All good here thanks Phil. When you say putting up houses are they building a lot of them?

Cheers Tony, on one side as far as we know, it is one house. A big house, being built for one of the politicians . On the other side, a development of 6 houses all belonging to an Asian family. If I pm you our address, you can see where we are on google maps. 10 years ago, we were part of a coffee plantation with hardly anything around us except the countryside. Over the years, parts of the valley and plantation were sold off for development, new homes affluent looking - new money from the Chinese etc, We used to have frequent visits from Leopards and Monkeys before the developers came. Not so many visit nowadays.

The last jab did wonders, to the point that I got overconfident, my shoulder is better, I'll tidy the garden. Bad move, set it right back again!

That would be great Phil Although I think I'd be pleased with less visits from a Leopard Unless it was Stu of course

Hi Phil. Don't get too carried away, your body has undergone some huge traumas, so try to keep to slow and steady wins the race eh.

Not sure getting very hot in the sun, then jumping into a cool swimming pool is good for your blood viscosity, again, try to minimise wide temperature changes for at least the next few months.

My ankles still swell at times, and my ops were 16 years ago!!!!

Have a nice summer... innit..

Good morning James, it only seems like yesterday since we first met up two summers ago, or was it three? for a cuppa at Jules's place The pool is solar heated and has a cover to keep it nice and warm. I couldn't jump in yesterday, so went in and got out very carefully. I am not yet ready to take the full para fall One element of the family wants me to throw the stick away as they are a little envious of the status it carries here, with the "old bwana man with the stick" thing. Thank you James I am having a day off today from rushing around. A few jobs can wait. How long will it take for the swelling to go down?
