expect damp.
you may not like the shower floor being the floor of the toilet area.
similar to my first caravan, we had lots fun in it.
check fridge works on 12v, 240v and gas
cant see the hitch so you may need a stabiliser which looks to be a blade type.

go for it, don't worry its not modern

That's not a caravan Jay, this is a caravan.

Check for damp behind the seats/bed and open all the cupboards, look for signs of fresh paint and silicone. Be cautious of nice smelly air-freshers, these are often used to disguise the smell of damp.

Also check the floor for delamination, this is when the two laminated 6mm ply surfaces separate from the foam insulation. Its an easy fix, just some one shot poly adhesive to be injected into the floor and plugged with some wooden dowels. Job done.

Agree with Wes and Ian above.

It looks a good well looked

Only thing I would say is do be careful about how you load a rear kitchen set up.

The weight should be placed over the axle. Big mistake to load the kitchen area up with food, supplies etc. This makes the c’van very unstable to tow and leads easily to the snaking effect where the caravan becomes the “tail that wags the dog”.

Do make sure the nose weight at the tow hitch is correct.
