Great movie, watched it two weeks ago, going on my planner when it comes on Sky HD movies, to view again.

The Book
Well there goes another two days of my life that I cannot get back - could not put the book down, and I had been warned.
A great read; having seen the film I thought that may have marred the enjoyment, but no. It is a very well put together story. (if your mother is going to read it, there is a lot of use of the F word, but then "the guy is alone". |

Totally agree. The book is an excellent read .... provides a lot more techie info on what he gets up (albeit a bit geeky) I read the book, saw the film, and then read the book again! So FOUR days of my life I cannot get back! John

Stupid thing was today, whilst finishing the last few Sols, went to do lunch, but found I was a little low on the larder front and said to myself "gonna have to have a Watney Spud!", without thinking much about it.

If you have started stockpiling your own "Watney fertiliser" then I'd be worried about you! John

I liked it, but no action, just story and effects...
