You can do more than one, I agree thumbnails are useless though!

Albeit in thumbnail form all you do or those looking in is click the thumb nail and they will enlarge, other wise use an outside host as imgur.

Just thumbnails as I suspected. Other forums allow full pictures but not oversized and this is my point. Why can’t it be done here?

Thumbnails can be embedded into any post as full screen size photos.
Just upload the photo using the 'Managed Attachments' tab, then click on the attachment to enlarge it, then right click and copy the image address. Then click on the yellow picture icon which is amongst the text tools along top of message box, then 'Right Click' and select paste, this will paste the image URL address in the box. Click 'OK' and the image address will appear in your written message area. Once you submit your post, your photo will appear as a in-line large size photo, it will also appear as a small thumbnail at the bottom of the post. |

All I and others want is to come on here and simply click to add a proper picture not a thumbnail and like some others I can’t be bothered neither do I want to go to hosting sites. Yes maybe I just want it simple but that’s how it is on other sites and of course Facebook. All my pictures are on my iPad and iPhone, I tried photobucket before but what a flipping faff that is and now images have been lost in here on older posts which is very frustrating. This wouldn’t have happened if the site itself hosted a proper size picture, so how about it, can we get that?

Click on 'Image Gallery' which is third from left on the burgundy narrow banner at top of page. You will have a drop down bar, select 'upload an image' and off you go. |

Whilst it's a FAFF I used to right click on the thumbnail, open in new tab or page (or copy file location - dependent on if browser or device I was using) then edit the post using the 'insert picture' icon at the top, and pasting the image address into it. You can then if you chose to, remove the attachment.
But tapatalk have it right , I believe, no messing around. Just click the plus icon and select what I want and how I want it to appear. As an example, here is a red v6 I saw in Hungary a couple of weeks ago Sent from my SM-A310F using Tapatalk
