Default Rover 75 1.8T - strange start idle

Hello,

so when i turn my rover on, at first run it takes about 30s to settle down and run as it shoud run. When it is hot it he runs smooth like normal. We changed until now : plugs, both coil packs, both leads, cam sensor, done FFc. I have to add coolant every month's about a 1dcl of coolant. Color of coolant, oil is normal.

So i read here, that it coud be inlet manifold gasket? Any other idea to look after? And i fortog to mention, when i floor it down sometimes it doesn't pull like it shoud, but it fells like cutting the power, and then again after that it goes as it should go?

Regards
