I should add, that these figures are based on all available build records, but as we know, there are some missing later Cowley built cars, but seing as none of the Cowley build records that we do have had any exports to Australia, it is unlikely that there are many if any unaccounted for in the missing records.
Hey, Sledge,

Do you fancy buying my 2.0 KV6?
It'd be nearly as rare as rocking horse proverbial in Oz

Nah,

I like the 2.5s, and I have an electric sunblind.

The only other I would like is a V8. Interestingly, I have read (by sellers) that there were only 8 V8 ZTs sent to Australia and the guy with the V8 up for sale atm says his is the only Mk I V8. No matter, for me I still don't have the $$ to buy it.

Well you can see the build records say otherwise and in addition there have been a few private imports too including Rover 75 V8s from places like NZ. There are threads on the subject on our forum

Mine also was an export for Germany. Part of an order of silver Tourers, all diesel autos, for British Forces Germany and along came the Iraq war and the order was cancelled. Whole order was sold cheap to non-MGRover dealer in Hull.
Strangely, mine is listed as a Conny, as it was on the log book when car purchased new. It is actually a Club.

Good site for info,

My car came off the Production line on Monday 20th October 2003 @ 07:35 , They must have started work quite early..
It was the 8th out of 10 Biomorphics to be built.....
