new chap needs a little help
Hi,
I am a new member who has bought my 1st MG ZT 190+ about 2 weeks ago. I can see from many threads that many are without their hand books likewise mine did not have the handbook. I purchased a 54 plate with 55K on the clock, full service history, 12 months MOT and a cambelt change for £2700. I would like to know where I might be able to get hold of a spare wheel and of course that elusive handbook. I noticed a huge amount of chat about the ideal tyre pressure am I correct in believing in the handbook for my model it is 32psi all round? Thanks you for your help Fausty |

Hello and welcome to the Club,I'm sure you will find these forums a wealth of information.
Regarding the Handbook and the Spare Wheel,we have an ''Items Wanted'' section, perhaps a post in their could help you with your search. |

Ist off, welcome to the site!
32psi all round is the correct pressure for your car. The handbook you can still get brand new here! http://www.rimmerbros.co.uk/Item--i-VDC000570EN As for spare wheel, you can usually get one cheaply off ebay, however, I'm assuming that as you have a 190, you will only have the "half" spare wheel polystyrene holder, so will need to buy the "full" one, with a jack and a wheel brace as well! Just to let you know though, if you do purchase a space saver spare, you will be unable to fit it to the front, due to the 190 having larger front brakes, so will need to jack up the whole side of the car, remove the rear wheel, fit it to the front and then fit the space saver on the rear! So most people buy an odd 18" wheel to go into the boot and these appear on eBay on a regular basis! Hope that helps! |

spare wheel
Hi
There's always Ebay, scrap yards and traders on here for spare wheels. Lots of people get rid of the skinny spare in favour of a full size matching alloy. Good Luck Ward |
