Yep, I would say I can't believe that but I'm not really surprised. Just a reminder to all of us that if you see a situation where you would consider it your civic duty to get involved then don't, it's not worth the hassle.
I notice that the fare dodger hasn't actually been charged yet, they are still considering that!
