Did the Telegraph lift this of the website, or were they primed?

They messaged me and asked for permission to use some of my pics.

It got Meg in the paper, that’ll do nicely 🤘

My first explore of the year, felt a bit weird for obvious reasons but had to be done.. just outside of Lowestoft is an abandoned brickworks, they stopped making bricks in the late 60s and turned to pipework instead.

Plenty of mud to wade through to get to the nice bits, well worth it to see the grade two listed kilns.

Meg was disappointed that she was in the biggest oven she has ever seen but no food to be found! (Although she did find a tennis ball on the way out so that more than made up for it in her eyes)

Interesting. I like the round buildings with the conical roofs. They are the kilns, presumably?

Managed to sneak in for a look at Trehane Manor while in Cornwall, it's an old Manor house that used to have some of the best gardens in Cornwall, it dates back to the 1300s.

Abandoned following a fire in 1946, it was on the market for 600k earlier this year, you would have to be very brave to take it on though!
