Good luck with your sale, you may have more luck on eBay though!

Fix a poor handbrake; DIY ABS diagnostic unit; Loan of the spanner needed to change the CDT belts; free OBD diagnostics +MAF; Correct Bosch MAF cheap; DVB-T install in an ex-hi-line system; DD install with a HK amp; FBH servicing.

I've taken a vow of poverty. To annoy me, send money.

I just gave him a call, and I was just a bit too late as his brothers just purchased a Suzuki Bandit. Was worth a try, its a lovely machine. I think Pistonheads.com still do free bike adverts, so I'd get it on there

those were lovely bikes Harry,my cousin had one back in the mid 90s,and I remember when I worked at a garage, that also sold and repaired bikes, how much I really liked them.
If I had the money, the time to enjoy riding it,and somewhere to keep it,I would love to take it,but alas,I sold all my bike gear last year as I knew I would never get the chance to have one again, marriage and kids put paid to that, plus the cost of keeping the 75 and my van running is enough to cope with.

Yes, they certainly are a nice well built bike.

This is now SOLD, subject to a deposit being paid.

..and the buyer was absolutely delighted with it, after seeing it. He got an absolute bargain at the full asking price and didn't even try to haggle. I knew the first one to see it would buy it.

Default Glad You've Got What You Were Asking

Just seen this thread Harry. Glad it's turned out well. You were right to hold out and someone has got a good bargain too. Always wanted one of these in 750 guise - I seem to remember that the change to VFR800 brought with it enormous servicing bills. But, when I went back to biking after an 18 year break (our daughter) I found that Mrs Incensed had gone from being the world's best pillion passenger to being one of the worst. Much as I'd have loved the bike, sadly it wouldn't have been an option.
