Default Routing of wiring loom across front bumper?

Hi - a previous owner (or service person) has kindly removed the screws holding the undertray to the front bumper, and used the holes as a place to put plastic wire ties through to hold a wiring loom that runs across the front of the bumper. As I now have a new undertray, with correct fixing hardware, where should the wiring loom actually be placed?

I think it runs right at the front below the fog lights. There may be some clips under the front grill that can be used.
