Aye its not so warm Andy. Picked the lad up from air cadets and when I got back, the fan was rumning on after Iawitched the engine off.
That's usually a sign the dpf needs cleaning, so switched to manual gear chnging and took for a good blast round the local Roman road.

Cool

Morning all.

Very calm here, some cloud. But not a breath of wind. Sun trying to break through. Hope it stays dry long enough to get the cars cleaned.

Morning Ian, as long as the rain stays away I’ll be happy.. toying with the idea of fitting a fbh today.

Morning Andy, Looks like it's dry here til teatime according to the beebs forecast, It looks a bit grim for the start of next week with flood warnings issued I've just about got the garage dried out from last weeks rain.
Whatever happened to the Autumn frosty mornings we used to get instead of all this rain.

Have fun with the FBH, I don't think I could bend over and work on a car without seizing up these days.

I'm toying with the idea of switching all the internals out of the Win 10 PC that wouldn't update (the tower has one or two size 11 dents in it and the fan goes around in a square motion now ) and fitting it in a HP tower.

I switched the Win 10 on last night to see if it would fit & it's now saying I need to activate the OS like the other desktop did and a set of new errors have appeared saying the net framework updates as well as the cumulative & feature updates have failed lol.

I bought that PC new with Win 10 already activated over 6 years ago

I’d rather play with one of our cars than with a pc, I can’t stand when that little box flashes up with the ‘can’t compute’ message.
