I was going to look into the Win 10 PC this afternoon but got sidetracked!

Train sim world are having a 'Ocktoberfest' sale on & I've been like a kid in a toffee shop
It was a tossup between a Shanghai Maglev at 50% off or the Deutsche Bahn Main-Spessart Bahn Aschaffenburg-Gemunden at 65% off. The Germans win this time, lots of stunning scenery scenarios/routes loco's and even a twenty wagon car transporter full of Mercedes cars.

So I shall be up to my schnitzels on the Deutsche Bahn railways after me chicken tea.

Try an asthmatic class 40 on its maximum load right at the end of their service life! Last one I was on we got about a mile out of the yard and had to be hauled back

That's the girls home, pampered and perfumed. Pops has finally stopped being psyched out by grooming, they wanted to try her without a tranquilliser this time and she was fine.

There is a class 40 & 45 on one of the train sim world I have, the thing that stands out the most is the deafening noise of the engine It's funny all you guys are not deaf.

The controls they use on these Sim games mimics real life controls of the actual locomotives & these these German electric locomotives hardly break sweat going up any incline.

. . . . Pardon . . . .

Worst I was ever on was a class 37, driving from no 1 cab, next to the radiator fan. The howl from the fan was particularly bad but seemed to ease off, never dawned on me that was just me getting used to it. Wasn't til I got off the loco I felt as if I had my head in a bucket! After that I always wore ear plugs in the driving cab, even though it was frowned upon.

Cool

Home from our decorating duties with Allen. We took Banana for the 100 mile round trip, and she ran everso sweet.
