I will be running stretched tyres, but like you I'm not overly keen on them so I'll just be running a size under the recommended widths instead of six sizes smaller showing the inside of the tyre bead between the rim. Just enough to round the sidewall a touch, close to what new BMWs come with.

I'm now £1420 poorer. Literally what I paid for the car.
