Morning one and all - well, one only by the look of it

We're back from our family weekend away, when we drank too much, ate too much and lazed about too much - sheer bliss

I'm straight back in at the deep end - got to take my sister to the Doctor's for her annual diabetes review this morning; haircuts for SWMBO and I this afternoon; my annual coronary heart disease review tomorrow. It's a good job they did my blood test a couple of weeks ago, as a test today would no doubt reveal a fair drop of Henry Weston's Vintage alcoholic apple juice in my system
