Following on from criticism by members that cars being listed for sale in this section can get ruined by excessive negative comment from others, only the thread starter (OP) can post replies to his / her own for sale listing. Anyone who wants to ask a question about the car being listed will need to PM the seller directly. The seller is then at liberty to reply via PM or if they wish, post an answer for others to read on their for sale thread - in much the same way that eBay operates an 'ask the seller a question' button.

Davethepaint Regular poster Rover 75 club cdt se Join Date: Oct 2016 Location: Stockport Posts: 96 Thanks: 70 Thanked 14 Times in 12 Posts	2.5 rover 75 On Gumtree nice low mileage auto 2.5, originally asking about £1200 but I asked about he "belts" he said they had not been done I explained about the cost of replacement and wished him good luck with sale a week passed and I recieved a message saying the owner was prepared to lower the price to £ 850 ono.
