Fuel Pressure/Flow Rate
Afternoon All
Being a nice dry Sunday I decided to have a potch about on the car and test the fuel pumps. Firstly I disconnected the fuel line supplying the fuel filter and switched to position 2 ( I'm glad I put a container there as the diesel hammered out!) Then I disconnected the fuel line from the tank, this time the diesel made it and flowed steadily but didn't have as much pressure. I was wondering what rate of flow you should expect? Many Thanks Gareth |

Cheers Mike
I unscrewed the fuel cap and I could hear the pump working so I'd say everything's Ok |
