Default more info please

Hello and welcome to the forum, I hope you find what your looking for and have much fun on your journey of discovery of your new (presumably) rover 75.

Could I get more info please?

is it at the front or back of the car?

if near the front it could be the pipes from the A/C drain, or the plenum drains. But it could be something on your 2.5 litre model which isn't present on my diesel.

You can easily see the aircon evaporator drains by peeping under the car from behind the front wheels. They're about 15mm diameter and may have a rubber flap seal on the ends. The plenum floor drains are much more squat and you need to be under the car to see them. The evaporator drains will drip water after you've parked up following use of the aircon system.

Sounds to me like the Air Con Drain Tubes - they carry condensate from the operation of the A/C system outside of the cabin.
