Same problem on Safari as well!

I’m sure normal service will be resumed shortly

So only subscribed members should be kept up to date with site security issues?

The fact that this has been ''addressed'' in the subscribers forum is meaningless to everybody who hasn't paid their tenner. Wouldn't it have been polite to post a thread visible to all by way of reassurance?

Everybody who uses chrome, firefox and certain versions of ie are being asked to bypass their computer's security to access the forum. If you know anything about I.T you know that's not dangerous in these circumstances but we have a lot of elderly and computer illiterate members who would have appreciated a quick sticky to put their minds at ease.

Addressing it solely in the subscribers forum really only adds to the them and us mentality.

As has been highlighted in a post in the general section this problem is affecting all members, not just subscribed ones, so I'd like to suggest that this thread is moved to the general section and merged with the other in order to keep everyone up to date on the progress in resolving the issue.

The first thread on the subject was posted in the subscribers section, and I replied on it, then the general forum thread came next. No political wranglings going on here.

I’ll merge both threads and put them in the General.

We simply need our hosting company to update our secrurity certificate which expires today, it should just be a formality and with luck they will have sorted it soon. Christopher has been in contact with them.

I posted up for subscribers at 4 a.m and for non subscribers at 08:36, by then Reebs had a reply for all to see and later merged the threads. I won’t be intimidated or manipulated into playing the them and us game you refer to. You are way off track there

I am having the same trouble, have had several emails, whattapp messages asking about the site, and have given out the fact below, I have just bypassed it as above, maybe not a good idea but thought I would double check.

Do we know what is being done about it ?
