Monte Carlo or bust
As some of you will already know I've been toying with the idea a jolly to Monte Carlo in the 190 and have mentioned it a few times on here,
well I have booked the ferry from Harwich to the Hook of Holland overnight then onwards to Lyon, Cannes, going obviously through Monte Carlo then Pisa, Milan, through Switzerland and a bit of Austria to Munich, back to the Hook of Holland and home, so it's on for sure! I'm doing it with my two sons so it should be interesting part of the fun up to now has been sorting out what is required in the different countries we will be travelling through, It's not until August so the weather should be good, luckily for me my youngest son lives in America so driving on the 'wrong' side should not be a problem for him. |

Did a similar trip with the caravan a few years ago, just make sure you have the carnet for Switzerland sorted before you arrive at the border post.
You should really enjoy the trip especially Cannes and Monte Carlo. Have a great time. Dave. |
