Default Misfire problem - Cause sought.

Today's problem number 1.

Car has developed a slight hesitancy issue which intermittently is causing the engine light to come on. Sometimes it clears iteself, sometimes not.
Using the OBD unit I have a code of P0302 - Cylinder 2 misfire.

At the weekend I replaced all the plugs, both the coil packs and the HT leads. This hasn't solved the problem Any idea where I should be looking next ?

Thanks.
