Problems with the Turbocharger.
Hello, the case is that when I accelerate it does a noise as a hiss. Can it be damaged?
Is it difficult to change the turbocharger into new one? Thank you, a greeting. |

I'm sure Someone will be along shortly to help,
but also check the hoses and joints for leaks before changing turbo unit. |

Yes, most lilley to be a leaking hose from the intercooler or even a leaking intercooler. The turbocharger does not usually make a hissing noise when it fails. Open the bonnet and get someone to rev the engine while you listen for the source of the hissing noise. If it sounds like its coming from the turbo, it may just be coming from the duct on the turbo inlet. - the curved plastic one from the air filter housing / maf sensor. (I'm assuming its a diesel) Ron

I am thinking about knowing this where the problem.
Is the well-read one in the forum the hiss that produces escapes(fugues) of the intercooler. I have extracted the muff and it has two hoops of rubber(gum) out of his site. Also it loses oil (left side of the radiator). It will try to buy two new meetings and to try. Sorry, the car is 75 cdti Thank you, a greeting. |

Already this solved!!! The rubbers(gums) were expanded and tape-worm you escape. I have bought the new some and solved matter (Part NO PYX 100320). They are changed very rapidly. We slacken the warehouse(deposit) of the water and separate it, give up the clasper of the muff of the intercooler and already we have access to the pipe of plastic with the rubbers(gums) to substitute. On having mounted it to have care in to press well the muff that joins to the pipe of plastic since if we do it badly it was coming untied. Thank you very much, a greeting.
