I did turn the splitter box 180 degrees, but I run out of time, I think my problem is after the splitter. One catch is fine, one is behaving very strange.

Will have a mess when I give it/her a full service next week.

Well I got mine bonnet open at last and have now inverted the the bracket, I wish I had done it before

It is one of the easiest Mods to do which can save you loads of Hassle and time.
Recommended for everyone to check.

Also don't forget to secure the single cable entry as pics

Either tape or cable tie through some small holes or for a BELT & BRACES job do both. I've seen the slot in the divider housing open up so much that the outer single cable will pull through into the housing.

This usually only happens on "neglected cars" that have not had any lubrication around the bonnet catches as per serving schedule. So owners have to use excessive force on cable release.

Newbies do now!!
1. Plenum drains..all 3 or 4 year dependent
2. Cooling fan..All speeds functioning
3. Bonnet cable divider block
