I have the Estate Agents coming round next week so need to get it done over the weekend.
I'll be up your way Mon/Tue so won't get a chance to do it then

Cheers Jeff, out of interest have the solicitors and estate agents said how much commission they are taking from the sale? We are thinking of selling our place on the seafront in Margate and found the charges high.

Morning everyone, cloudy with the odd glimpse of sunshine this morning, according to the weather forecast it's going to be 21C later on.

Morning all, taking caravan over to get a second estimate today, work this afternoon, then will have to get the grass and hedges cut. Neither have been done for a couple of weeks due to the wet weather, will need to get it done before tomorrow night, as there is heavy rain and thunder forecast for Sunday night/Monday morning

Yeah just been looking at the weather warnings for the end of the week into Monday/Tuesday, looks like every part of the UK is going to get a light show & thunderstorms.

I'll find that out next week once we have instructed them to start getting the property ready for market

Morning all - it's bright, warm & sunny here in Lincolnshire, although every now and then, a cloud floats over.
Yesterday, we went to Skegness, never having been before; not wildly impressed, although for younger families, I suspect it would be heaven - albeit a costly version of heaven with all the amusement arcades etc.
Most noticeable thing was the number of giant, static caravan parks - there's dozens of 'em.
Today we're off on an old fogies day out - a visit to the National Trust's property at Gunby - we're members, so it's free entrance. Tonight, we've booked a table at The Bricklayers Arms, a recommended grub pub a couple of miles from the site. Let's hope it's as good as the Acle Bridge Inn was - in fact, if it's even HALF as good as Acle - it'll be fine
