2005 Model Year??

Is it known at what VIN number the 2005 Model year Rover 75 started at?

Also, on the AROnline site they list the last VIN numbers for Rover 75's.
Am I assuming correctly that the VIN numbers quoted for each model shown are for the last RHD if not noted as specifically LHD.
