Seen this all over, when I start a job I have to comply with CDM regs loo,canteen facilities, any scaffolding has to have scaf tags, copies of my Public and employee certs to hand,method statement's,H&S policy,MEWP licences,(if required)Risk assessments, and thats before I start on a contract and I'm only a ' painter. It makes me cross that people can and DO get away with this...........and the client is also to blame for not checking the contractors ability to do the work and do it safely. Rant over.....
