Aurora ZT CDTI **NOW SOLD**
Its currently sitting on 123,000 miles, which is nothing for these cars and especially the Diesel engine. The clutch was changed just before Steve Childs got the car in 2009, so that should be fine for a while yet as I haven't done too many miles in it over the 4 years. Its been very well looked after by both Steve and myself and this is a list of the things its had done during both our ownerships.
Steve: 190 Brake upgrade 325mm, front & rear. (Done by Dr Dave) Aurora Dash Inserts EGR Bypass Me: MG7 Rear lights New Alternator, Fan Resistor upgrade, Temp Sensor, new Xenon Ballasts, Lower engine mount, suspension bushes, exhaust flexi section and sunroof motor. 11 Spoke Alloys resprayed in Rover Amethyst Remapped to 170bhp & 300ish Torque. HK Speakers Colour Coded Centre console Steve got the centre console of his 260 (which was also Aurora) done at the same time as I did his and I have to say I love it. But its easy enough to revert back and just keep the dash inserts as they do look the nuts. It can look garish in the photos, but its nowhere near as garish in real life. It will be MOT'd for 12 months for the new owner and its taxed for another 5 months. Some of the photos are from Steve's time with the car (usually if the alloys are silver, they're Steve's photos) I'm after around £4K ONO for the car. Whilst some will say "that's overpriced", you have to bear in mind that good condition Monogram cars are becoming rarer and this does help residual values as there are people out there who will pay a premium to get a good condition monogram car. There are only 3 ZT Saloons in Aurora, a 1.8t, a 260 and this CDTi. All are still on the road, so it makes it a very exclusive club. Last edited by Keleko; 14th August 2013 at 08:25.. I would absolutely love this. I'm sure you won't struggle to sell it, but putting up some more info would no doubt help the sale.
I can see SE spec, but what else have you done, MG7 lights, how have you achieved 169bhp etc? Are you looking for p/ex or just a cash sale? |

Work I've had done: New alternator, new fan resistor, new temp sensor, new ballasts, new lower engine mount, new suspension bushes, new exhaust flex, new sunroof motor Mods I've had done: MG7 lights, V8 325mm drilled/grooved break upgrade with red callipers, 11 spoke wheels refurbished and sprayed in Rover Amethyst, remapped running 170ish bhp and 300ish torques, egr bypass, HK speakers, colour coded dash to match the Aurora paint, 6k xenon lights, genuine Brodit phone mount I think thats about it. Its taxed for another 5 months and MOT'd I'm looking for a cash sale as I want to put it towards my new toy |

I may have missed the obvious, but what is it!?
1.8T? 2.5? CDTI? EDIT - I missed the obvious. Title says CDTI!

Lovely car is this, seen it a few times & I believe was registered the same week as my ZR-Express at Phoenix of Coventry as I think the original plate was BV05 ***.
