Default They think we're alcoholics ......

I know it gets harder to buy original Christmas presents for older folk such as us, but Angela and I's family obviously believe we spend most of our days drinking alcohol. Today, we have accumulated:
  • 1 x 1 litre bottle Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum
  • 4 x 70 cl bottles of Echo Falls Sparkling Rosé wine (the missus' tipple)
  • 1 x 70 cl bottle of Morrisons Malbec
  • 1 x 70 cl bottle of Merlot
  • 1 x 1 litre bottle Baileys Original Irish Cream
  • 6 x bottles assorted cider, ranging from Old Mout, through Orchard Pig, to Thatchers and Henry Westons
  • 1 x 70 cl bottle of London Dry Gin
  • 2 x 1 litre bottles of Bombay Sapphire gin

I'm having to drink some of the stocks tonight - hic - as we don't have room for it all in the wine cabinet

Hope you've all had a good day, and are ready for some leftovers tomorrow.

All the happiness that used to be

Soon I'll find repose

And then I'll hold you in my dreams

Don't we have to buy a three piece suite & book a Summer holiday first?

Morning, never eaten so little at Christmas! Everybody was stuffing themselves, I had a scallop gratin starter, 2 small roast pots, 2 small slices of meat, 1 pig in blanket, no pud of any kind.
